Know which farms are going cold.
AgCadence keeps the ledger a sales rep cannot keep in their head: when you last spoke to every farm customer, what about, and who is slipping. Built for agricultural retail, and built to work in a yard with no signal.
The problem is remembering, not caring
A rep with two hundred accounts is asked to see the good ones regularly and the prospects at least monthly. Nobody forgets on purpose. It happens because the record lives in a notebook, a truck console and a memory, and by February nobody can say which farms have not been spoken to since harvest.
AgCadence answers that in one screen. Every account sits in a band by how long it has been — and the ones going quiet are the ones at the top. Managers get the same picture across a branch, so a rep who is quietly falling behind is visible before the season is lost rather than after.
Built for the truck, not the desk
- It works with no bars
- Farms do not have coverage. Everything in the app reads and writes to the phone itself, so logging a visit in a yard is the same as logging it in the office. Entries queue and send themselves when you get a signal — and the visit is dated when it happened, not when it uploaded.
- Talk instead of typing
- Record a voice memo on the way out of the yard. It is transcribed and written up as a case note, the product checklist is updated, and a callback is scheduled if the conversation called for one. There is no queue of suggestions to approve afterwards.
- Your ERP stays the source of truth
- Customers, branches and purchase history sync in on a schedule. AgCadence reads; it never writes back. Corrections happen where they belong, and local notes and assignments are never overwritten by the next sync.
- Booking deadlines with a work list
- "Canola booking closes in 20 days" is an announcement. "…and these ten farms have not been asked" is a morning's work. A rep who has asked everyone is not messaged at all.
- Nothing assigns itself
- Rep matching, ERP record linking and checklist inference all propose and wait. A wrong automatic assignment silently transfers someone's book of business, so the app does not make one.
- One tenant cannot see another
- Isolation is enforced in the database itself, not by remembering to add a filter. Every retailer's data is separated at the row level, and the app connects with no privilege to bypass it.
